Frequently asked questions.

  • Our minimum budget for Wedding Florals is $1,200 and for Special Events it is $500. These minimums allow us to keep the quality of our arrangements high and often include Labor/Delivery/Set up fee estimates. However, if you are in need of A La Carte Wedding Florals or have a small event, we are flexible!

  • We are able to deliver florals within a 2 hour radius of Winston Salem, North Carolina. Please note that our Delivery Fee will vary based on drive time.

  • Your initial quote includes Delivery/Set-up for your Florals, but does not include Pick up/Clean up. However, we are willing to offer these services for an additional fee.

    1. Once we receive your inquiry (through our website form or directly via Phone or Email), we will get back with you as soon as possible after we confirm the availability of your Event Date.

    2. We will then send you a short questionnaire to collect some additional information about your event and what style, color, etc., you are envisioning for your florals.

    3. We will then create a custom Inspiration Board and quote for your florals and will discuss details and adjustments via phone or email.

    4. After you decide to book with us, and we officially add your event to our calendar, we will then request a $150 Non-Refundable Deposit.

    5. We will then continue to finalize details and delivery times as we come closer to your event date. The remaining payment/full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

      *Please note that we are only able to make minor adjustments to your Floral Order within 3 weeks of your event date.

  • Once we officially add your event date to our calendar, we kindly request a $150 Non-Refundable Deposit.

    The initial deposit is Non-Refundable. Please note that we are unable to cancel the Flower/Supply orders on our end 3 weeks prior to your event date.

  • Our logo is the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The image symbolizes the purity, love, and maternal compassion Mary has towards humanity, as well the sorrow and suffering she endured while standing beneath the Cross of Jesus. We have a strong devotion to Our Lady and ask her intercession to help us grow closer to her Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in our lives and through our work.
